NodeLogistics is a Virtual Trucking Company (VTC) community platform that provides:

• Community management and member coordination
• Event organization and participation

• Staff management and reporting tools
• Discord integration and authentication services

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must authenticate using Discord OAuth. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Conduct

5.2 User Content

By submitting content to our service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the service. You retain all ownership rights to your content.

5.3 Third-Party Content

We are not affiliated with SCS Software, Euro Truck Simulator 2, American Truck Simulator, or TruckersMP. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including compliance with GDPR requirements.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Discord for authentication and community features
• TruckersMP for VTC integration
